Lois A. Habecker
Lois A. Habecker, 81, formerly of Lancaster passed away Wednesday, April 13, 2011 at Oak Leaf Manor. Born in Sistersville, WV, she was the daughter of Lester and Eloise Mason Berisford. She was the wife of the late John David Habecker.
She was a registered nurse, retiring from Lancaster General Hospital.
She is survived by: 2 sisters, Janice Stewart of Belton, MO, and Helen Stewart of Pueblo, CO; a brother, Dale Berisford of Sistersville, WV; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Catherine Anderson Chalek.
A graveside service will be held from the Rohrerstown Mennonite Cemetery on Saturday, May 7, 2011 at 10:00 A.M. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Mrs. Habecker’s memory may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
