A. Rosella Springer

A. Rosella Springer, 92, a  resident of St. Anne’s Home, died Wednesday, January 26, 2011 at L a n c a s t e r General Hospital. She was the wife of William H. S p r i n g e r.  Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late Albert A. and Mary M. Reardon Himmelsbach. Rosella was a member of St. Anne’s Catholic Church. She retired from chick, Inc. Prior to that she had worked at Hamilton Watch and Hubley’s. Surviving besides her husband is a son, William J. Springer of Myrtle Beach, SC. A Christian Prayer Service will be held on Monday, January 31, 2011 at 10:00 A.M. at the Kearney A. Snyder Funeral Home, 141 E. Orange St., Lancaster, PA with the Rev. Norman C. Hohenwarter, Jr. officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 9:30 A.M. until the time of the service. Interment in St. Anthony’s Catholic Cemetery.
