Barry Scott Smithson

Barry Scott Smithson died unexpectedly in his home in Fort Worth Texas on June 10, 2014.

Barry was born on December 23, 1964 in Lancaster PA.  He is a graduate of McCaskey High School.

He is survived by his parents, Deldonna Forrest and Robert Smithson, Sr., both of Lancaster, PA

He is also survived by his wife, Christine, and her two sons, Zachary and Conner of Fort Worth.  Also surviving are two sons in Rhode Island, Christopher (Jennifer) Smithson and their  two daughters  and Benjamin Smithson; two brothers, Robert (Terri) Smithson Jr of Purcellville, VA; William (Ann) Smithson of New Cumberland, PA and five sisters, Cindy (Jeffrey) Bomberger and Cassandra Smithson of Lancaster, PA; Christine (Robert) Miller of Manheim, PA; Kimberly (James) Grosse of Keller, TX and Cheri Smithson of Atlanta, GA.   He is also survived by his nephews and nieces.

Barry was pre-deceased by his step-father, Robert Forrest.

Degree Free Mason and also enjoyed participating  in Civil War Re-enactments.  Service are at the discretion of the family.
