Betty Grace Repko

Betty Grace (Nester) Repko, age 82, Lancaster PA, joined her husband Hubert after a courageous five year battle with Parkinson’s Disease.  Born in Pottstown, she was the daughter of Sheldon and Edna (Conrad) Nester, and is survived by a sister, Nancy Yoder of Gilbertsville, her children, Pam Herrlinger, wife of Barry of Lancaster, Mark Repko, husband of Beth of Hartsville SC, and Sherry Ethier of Grand Forks, BC Canada.   She was a loving Nana to eight grandchildren and their spouses, and eight great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by a brother and four sisters. We’ll remember her love of walking in the snow, corn on the cob on the patio at midnight, picnics at Montgomery County Park, polka dancing with Curly, and cookie decorating marathons.  Thank you to the staff of Ephrata House at Landis Homes for your compassion and care.  A memorial service will be held at a future date.  Betty’s favorite charity was St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.   if you wish to remember her with a donation please send them to:  501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
