Carol J. Bautista, formerly of Salem, NJ, died on December 26, 2015, at Ephrata Manor, Ephrata, PA.
She was the only child of David and Florence (Logan) Boggs and the beloved granddaughter of Charles and Sophia Logan.
She graduated from Salem High School and the Wilmington, DE Memorial Hospital School of Nursing. Carol loved her St. Bernards, nursing, and classical music, especially opera. She volunteered at the Salem County Historical Society and Library.
Carol was predeceased by her precious daughter Alicia Bautista and her husband, Humberto Bautista. She is survived by her daughters Leslie Bautista and Regina Barrett, her son Marcus Bautista, her granddaughter Annie, and her sons-in-law Mark Bedford and Patrick Barrett.
Services will be private.
