D. Jean Harvey
D. Jean Harvey, 83, of Lancaster, passed away on August 22, 2017 at Calvary Fellowship Homes. She was the loving wife of the late Albert Louis Harvey.
Born in Passaic, NJ., she was the daughter of the late David and Jeannie (Brown) Waardenburg.
Jean spent much of her professional career as secretary for Christian School of York and Westminster Presbyterian Church.
In her spare time, she enjoyed knitting, cooking, reading, handwork, and spending time with her family.
She is survived by daughters, Carol Harvey Keller of Virginia., and Barbara Joan Harvey of Lewistown, Pennsylvania; and a son, David John Harvey of Kentucky. Also surviving are ten grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
All are welcome to attend a Memorial Service at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 2151 Oregon Pike, Lancaster, PA 17601 on Thursday, August 31, 2017 at 1:00 PM. A visitation with the family will take place following the service. Burial will occur in Westminster Presbyterian Church Memorial Gardens.
