Diana J. Brackbill, age 73, died Friday April 24, 2020 at ManorCare Health Services-York North, York, PA. Born on February 14
th
1947 in Lancaster, Diana was the daughter of the late Loretta J. (Flora) (Brackbill) Mowery and the late Clayton Brackbill, who died in 1955, after serving in the U.S. Navy. Diana was raised in East Petersburg, PA with her mother, step father Ernest J. Mowery and brother Jeff.
Diana loved to stay busy, usually coloring or working on activity books.
Surviving is one brother Jeffery R. Mowery and his wife Kathy of Hanover, PA and a nephew Patrick Mowery and wife Tiffany of Trappe, MD. Diana is also survived by a grand-niece, Autumn Mowery and a grand-nephew, Ethan Mowery, both of Trappe, MD.
The family would like to thank the staff at ManorCare for going above and beyond with their professional care and kindness towards Diana, during her stay.
A private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family at St. Joseph New Catholic Cemetery in Bausman, PA.
