Diane L. Corbett

Diane L. Corbett, 68 of Lancaster (formerly of Brooklyn, NY), passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 20, 2015 surrounded by her family.  She was the loving wife of Daniel M. Corbett.

Born in Brooklyn, NY, she was the daughter of Oscar J. and Catherine (Quinn) Cohen.

A devoted homemaker, in her spare time she enjoyed trips to Disney World, traveling to Seattle to visit her family, and dining out at her favorite restaurants while socializing with the staff.

In addition to her husband Daniel, she is survived by her daughters, Catherine Wallesen and Barbara Young; step-children, Daniel Corbett, James Corbett, and Kimberly Blesi; grandchildren, Shayne, Trystan and Tasia. Nieces Damian, Crystal and Jolene and Nephews DG and Elijah.  Also survived by 2 great-grandchildren, and multiple step-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.  Also surviving are two sisters, Mary Smith and Linda Cohen.  She was predeceased by a sister, Cathy Cohen and a brother, Robert Cohen.

Relatives & friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Anthony of Padua Church, 501 E. Orange St, Lancaster, PA on Monday, January 26, 2015 at 10:00 AM with the Rev. DeoGratias Rwegasira officiating. There will be a viewing on Sunday, January 25, 2015 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Kearney A. Snyder Funeral Home, 141 E. Orange St., Lancaster, PA 17602.  Final Commendation and Farewell in Green-Wood Cemetery in Brooklyn, NY at the convenience of the family.
