Donald Mcgallicher

Donald E. McGallicher, 73, of Lancaster, PA, died September 19, 2011 at Hospice of Lancaster County-Mt. Joy. He was the husband of Barbara Shearer McGallicher, and they celebrated 43 years of marriage in June, 2011. Born in Lancaster, PA he was the son of the late Isaiah and Nora Steele McGallicher. He graduated from Manheim Twp. High School and served in the U.S. Air Force. He was a member of Calvary Church in Lancaster. Don worked for KD Manufacturing Co. and Manheim Auto Auction. He loved all sports, particularly Phillies baseball.

In addition to his wife he is survived by a daughter, Tammy M., wife of Harold E. Musser, Jr., and 3 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother, sister and grandson.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a memorial service in the chapel of Calvary Church, 1051 Landis Valley Rd., Lancaster, PA on Thursday, September 22nd at 10:30 A.M. Friends may call at the church on Thursday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service. Private interment will be at the convenience of the family. Please omit flowers.
