Donna Cunningham Hedrick
Donna Cunningham Hedrick, age 59, began her heavenly journey December 25, 2016. Donna was born in Wareham,, MA on April 29, 1957, raised by her late father Donald Whittier Cunningham and mother, Marie Hayner, age 95.
Donna lived her life selflessly. She was always giving of herself to family and friends. A rock, a vessel of courage, mentor of knowledge and a possessing maternal rhythm unlike any. Blessed with very skilled and talented hands when it came to wood working, baking, gardening, sewing, knitting and crocheting, Donna was constantly engaged in new projects. There was little she couldn’t do. Also, an avid lover of nature, she enjoyed feeding the hummingbirds, squirrels, pigs, and tortoises in her back yard and yards of loved ones.
In her career days, she worked for the postal service, private nursing care, owned and operated a fitness center, and drove school bus in the Collier County School District for many years.
What consumed the majority of her days was her love for her family. In her married years she raised a beautiful family with her lifelong friend and late ex-husband Scott Hedrick in Naples, FL.
She will be greatly missed by her son, Robert Pacheco, Jr., 44; daughters, Dawn Pacheco, 42, Rebecca (Hedrick) Harnish, 35, and son, Kent Hedrick, 32; her siblings, Karen Anderson, Donald Cunningham and Julie Goulart, and her grandchildren, Whitney, Andrew, Anthony, Alley, Natosha, Christian, and Logan as well as extended relatives, nieces, nephews and friends who adopted her as their own.
