Dorothy J. Bisalski, 90, of Lancaster, passed away on February 11, 2025 at home surrounded by her adoring family. She was the loving wife of the late Henry Bisalski.
Born in Central City, PA she was the daughter of the late Virgil and Nellie (Ott) Carver.
Ater graduating from high school, she received her certification in cosmetology and spent most of her professional career as a licensed beautician.
Dorothy was a member of Highland Presbyterian Church where she actively participated on the photography and memorial garden committees. She was also a member of the American Business Women’s Association (ABWA).
In her spare time, she enjoyed making stained-glass art, bird watching and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her daughter, Cynthia McKinley; granddaughter, Karen Kern (fiancé of Don Buddock) and a great-granddaughter, Genevieve Buddock.
In addition to her late husband and parents, she was predeceased by a son, Jeffrey Weaver.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial service at Highland Presbyterian Church, 500 E. Roseville Road, Lancaster, PA 17601 on Saturday, April 5, 2025 at 11:00 AM. A visitation will be held at 10:30 AM until the time of the service.
