Dorothy (Dot) Mae Walker

Dorothy (Dot) Mae Walker, 77, of Lancaster, entered into rest at her home on Tuesday, October 30th 2012. She was the daughter of the late Vernon Stuber and Ruth Pickel. She was married to the late Earl William Walker who passed in 2005. Dot was a server for 50 years at many restaurants throughout Lancaster County. She retired from Lapps Family Restaurant in 1996. Dot loved her feline companions Billie Girl and Sammy. She enjoyed traveling with her late husband, Earl and dining out at many local restaurants. Dot is survived by daughters Anna R. Duane of Mount Joy and Cynthia L. Norton wife of Fred Norton of Hope Mills, NC and sons Daniel W. Keller husband of Terrie Keller from Penryn, Steven R. Keller husband of Jo Ellen Keller from Spring Run, and David J. Welk of Lancaster. She was also very proud of her eight grand children, and her 10 great grand children.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m., Friday, November 2nd at the Kearney A. Snyder Funeral Home, 141 E. Orange St., Lancaster, PA. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday, November 2nd at 1:00 p.m. until time of service.
