Edith Gregg Carlson
Edith Gregg Carlson, 97, of Mountville, died Saturday, January 31, 2015 at Hospice and Community Care.
She was the wife of the late Donald E. Carlson who died in 1981. Born in Chester County, she was the daughter of the late Alban and Florence Ross Gregg.
Edith was a graduate of the former Lancaster Girls High School and was a homemaker. She enjoyed reading, swimming and traveling.
Surviving is a daughter, Donna G. Carlson and numerous nieces and nephews.. She was preceded in death by sisters Verna Ramsey and Pearl Brandenberger and by brothers, Arnold, Havard, Carl and Willard Gregg.
Services and interment will be private and held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to Hospice and Community Care, 685 Good Drive, P.O. Box 4125, Lancaster, PA 17604-4125.
