Elaine J. Terranova
Elaine J. Terranova, 70, of Lancaster, died Monday, May 12, 2014 at Hospice and Community Care in Mount Joy.
Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of Anthony Terranova of Gap and the late Mildred McFarlane Terranova.
Elaine had retired from Armstrong World Industries where she had been employed as a graphic artist for 49 years. In retirement she enjoyed working at the Apple Store at Park City.
She enjoyed crafts, art and photography.
Surviving besides her father is a daughter, Antoinette Smith of Cochranville; two granddaughters, Catherine and Sarah Smith; a sister, Diane wife of Jerrold O’Connor of Crystal Lake, IL; and a brother, Richard husband of Holly Terranova of Palatine, IL. She was preceded in death by a brother Frank Terranova.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at the Kearney A. Snyder Funeral Home, 141 E. Orange St., Lancaster, PA with Mr. Robert Tindall officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service. Interment in the Sadsbury Friends Burial Grounds. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Elaine’s memory may be made to TUKULA, 425 Banyan Circle Drive, Lancaster, PA 17603.
