Eleanor B. Yohn

Eleanor Budding Yohn, 98, of Lancaster, passed away on Monday, December 15, 2014 at her home. Born in Lancaster in 1916, she was the daughter of the late William D. and Anna (Weller) Budding. She was the wife of Clarence E. “Judge” Yohn, who died in 1996.

After graduating from Stevens High School, she went on to get her Associates Degree from the Lancaster Business College. She volunteered at Lancaster General Hospital as a Red Cross volunteer for over 40 years.

Eleanor is survived by two children, W. “Judge”, husband of Mary Yohn, of River Falls, WI, and C. Elaine Yohn, of Lancaster; a daughter-in-law, Patricia Yohn, of Lancaster; 4 grandchildren, Stewart, Craig and Martine Yohn and Jennifer Coulby; and 8 great grandchildren.

Along with her husband “Judge” listed above, she was predeceased by a son , David M. Yohn.

A visitation will be held at the Kearney A. Snyder Funeral Home 141 E. Orange St., Lancaster, PA, 17602 on Thursday, December 18, 2014, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.

Eleanor was a loving mother who lived life to the fullest.
