Elfriede H. Geesey
Elfriede H. Geesey, 88, of Willow Street, PA passed away on October 1, 2016 at Arbor View at Willow Valley.
Born and educated in Stuttgart, Germany, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Anna Gerhardt Haug. She immigrated to the United States in 1952 and lived in York, PA. She married Glenn Geesey who died in 1995. Prior to moving to Willow Valley, she resided in Scottsdale, AZ for 18 years.
Her survivors include her sister, Rita Gentzler of San Antonio, TX and two cousins, Rainer and Brigette Gerhardt, along with a niece.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a Memorial Service in the Spring Run Auditorium, 950 Willow Valley Lakes Drive, Willow Street, PA 17584 on Tuesday, October 25, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. with Chaplain Scott Johnson officiating. Friends will gather immediately following the memorial service.
Interment will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery, York, PA
