Throughout their marriage Henry & Elizabeth traveled extensively throughout the United States and were instrumental in the promotion of Philmont Scout Ranch in Philmont, NM. In 1995, after being widowed for 20 years, she married Dr. Wilson A. Foust, Sr., and together they set off at the ages of 80 and 90 on a 7,000 mile jaunt across the US. The next 11 1/2 years were spent cruising, traveling, gardening, cooking, canning, freezing, baking, and wintering with family in Florida.
