George E. Paterson
George E. Paterson, 68 of Lancaster passed away March 28, 2016 at Hospice and Community care in Mt Joy. Born in Lancaster he was the son of the late Edward & Mae Leibold Paterson. He was employed by Armstrong Industries as a forklift operator and most recently at Leisure Lanes Bowling Alley. He enjoyed bowling and also served in the U.S. Army reserves.
He is survived by his step daughters, Barbara Nistor & Paula Cochran (Kevin), his grandchildren Christian, Paige, Lauren (Adam), Matthew, & Michael, his great grandchildren Emma & Georgia.
Visitation will be Monday April 4, 2016 from 11 a.m. until 12 noon at DeBordSnyder Funeral Home & Crematory 2024 Marietta Avenue Lancaster Pa. 17603. Graveside services will follow at 1 p.m. at Millersville Mennonite Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Susquehanna Association for the blind & vision impaired 244 N. Queen St. Lancaster Pa. 17603.
