Geraldine “Jerry” M. Mcfarland

Geraldine “Jerry” M. McFarland, 87, Lancaster, went home to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Wednesday January 10, 2018. Born February 21, 1930 she was the eldest child of Elvin and Mary (Silvias)Ashby and wife of the late William L. McFarland. She is survived by daughter Linda (Marvin) Stewart with whom she resided, Darlene Mull of Ephrata. She was predeceased by sons William and Donald. She will be greatly missed by her grandchildren Paula (Greg) Misenko, John States, Derek Stewart, Brielle Stewart, Brittney Stewart and Lisa (Joseph) Connolly. Great-grandchildren Lukas Misenko, Logon and Aiden Connolly. Also surviving are sister Alverna (Susie) Weaver and brother James (Jimmy) Ashby companion of Wilfrado, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by sister Violet, and brothers Elvin, Richard, Sherry, George, Aaron and Kenneth. Jerry had much love for her “fur” babies Bella and Oliver. She enjoyed spending time with her family and hosting gatherings on holidays. In her spare time she liked putting together puzzles and watching TV game shows. Family and friends are welcome to attend her graveside service Monday January 15, 2018 1:00 at Conestoga Memorial Park.
