H. Kenneth Bleacher
H. Kenneth Bleacher, 71, of Millersville, died Sunday, August 18, 2013 at Lancaster General Hospital.
He was married 46 years to Linda Atwell Bleacher. Born in Conestoga, he was the son of the late Harold B. and Emma Mae Funk Bleacher.
Kenny spent his life working as a farmer and excavator. He was a member of the Bethany E.C. Church in Creswell. He enjoyed excavating, plowing snow and hunting.
Surviving besides his wife are two sons, Alan husband of Trasee Bleacher of Millersville, and Randy husband of Angie Bleacher of Conestoga; a daughter, Wendy wife of Jay McMichael of Conestoga; eight grandchildren, Aaron husband of Heather Bleacher, Becky Bleacher, Laura Bleacher, Kate Bleacher, Samantha Bleacher, Sarah Bleacher, Brandon McMichael and Brianna McMichael; a great grandson, Andrew Bleacher; and two brothers, Donald husband of Arlene Bleacher of Mount Joy, and Jay husband of Jane Bleacher of Conestoga.
A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, August 23, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. at the Bethany E.C. Church, 1165 Letort Road, Conestoga, PA with the Rev. Greg Stefan officiating. Friends may call at Bethany E. C. Church on Thursday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. and on Friday from 9:00 A.M. until the time of the service. Interment in the Green Hill United Methodist Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to Bethany E.C. Church, 1165 Letort Road, Conestoga, PA 17516.
