Hazel M. Carey, 67, passed away on Tuesday, August 30, 2011 at The Glen At Willow Valley, Lancaster, PA.
Born in Townsend, DE she was the daughter of the late William H. and Pauline Donavon Carey.
She was a very active member of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Lancaster. Hazel was a graduate of Goldey-Beacom in Wilmington, DE. After 32 years, Hazel retired from a management position with ICI Americas in Wilmington, DE.
She is survived by family and friends.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a funeral service from Westminster Presbyterian Church, 2151 Oregon Pike, Lancaster, PA on Saturday, September 3rd, at 11:00 A.M. with the Rev. Dr. Michael A. Rogers officiating. Interment in Westminster Presbyterian Church Cemetery. Friends may call at Westminster Presbyterian Church on Saturday from 10:30 A.M. until the time of service.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to Westminster Presbyterian Church, 2151 Oregon Pike, Lancaster, PA 17601 or to the Tabernacle United Methodist Church, 656 Seashore Road, Cape May, NJ 08204.
