Heather Ann Carlock

Heather Ann Carlock, 37, of Lancaster, PA, passed away peacefully on August 18, 2017 after battling a long illness with inspiring hope and courage. She was the wife of Colin M. Carlock, with whom she would have celebrated their 9th wedding anniversary on September 13, 2017. She was the daughter of Charles and Dianne Halfpenny of Mount Joy, PA. Heather was also an awesome mom to her dogs Lilly and Wyatt. She was most recently employed at Clipper Magazine before her illness. Heather enjoyed spending time outdoors, shopping, coloring, and making crafts. Above everything else, though, she loved spending time with her family and friends. Surviving in addition to her husband and parents are two sisters, Dana Stacey and Amber Kenyon, a brother, Shawn Halfpenny, and several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received at DeBord Snyder Funeral Home, 141 E. Orange Street, Lancaster, PA 17602 on Thursday, August 24th between 11:00AM- 1:00PM.
