Helen A. Schulz

Helen A. Schulz, 89, formerly of Millersville, passed away Monday, December 13, 2010 at Conestoga View. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late William R. and Mary Pfoutz Adamire. She was the wife of the late James E. Schulz who died in November of 1991. Helen was a graduate of J. P. McCaskey High School. She worked for Fulton Bank from 1962 until she retired in 1982 as a compensation and benefits officer. While in the banking industry, she served as President of the Lancaster County Chapter of the American Institute of Banking. She was a member of the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd. She is survived by: 2 brothers, Robert husband of Nancy

Adamire and Richard husband of Martha Adamire, both of Lancaster; a sister, Doris Berger of Las Vegas, NV; numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by 2 brothers, William and James Adamire, and 2 sisters, Mary Way and Jane Albright. A memorial service will be held from the Kearney A. Snyder Funeral Home, 141 E. Orange St., Lancaster, on Saturday, Dec. 18, 2010 at 2 PM. The family will visit with friends from 1 to 2 PM at the funeral home. Private interment will be in Conestoga Memorial Park.
