Helen K. Webb
Helen K. Webb, 88, of Lancaster, passed away on Saturday, May 27, 2017 at her home. She was the wife of the late Lloyd S. Webb. Jr. who passed away in 2006. The Webbs were married 56 years and resided in Lancaster all of their lives.
Helen was the daughter of the late Abram and Irma Shingle Kruger. She was a member of the Hempfield United Methodist Church. Helen was a 1946 graduate of J. P. McCaskey High School and retired from Armstrong World Industries after many years of employment. She was a member of the Artisans and enjoyed traveling to see her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by a daughter, Linda S. Webb of Lancaster; two sons, Douglas husband of Diane Webb of Winston-Salem, NC and Jeffrey husband of Sheryl Webb of Valparaiso, IN; four grandchildren, Krista Webb of High Point, NC, Dana Webb of St. Petersburg, FL, Bryan Webb of Zionsville, IN and Kara Webb of Valparaiso. IN.
A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, May 31, at 2:00 P.M. at the DeBord Snyder Funeral Home, 2024 Marietta Avenue, Lancaster, with the Rev. Dr. Keith Braucher officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 1:30 P.M. until the time of the service. Interment in Conestoga Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to Hospice and Community Care, 685 Good Drive, P.O. Box 4125, Lancaster, Pa 17604-4125 or to the American Cancer Society Hope Lodge, 636 West Lexington St, Baltimore, MD 21201.
