Born in Quilmes, Argentina, she was the daughter of the late Victor and Margaret Santoro Plumbo.
She was the widow of Ronald C. Hill who died February 20, 2005.
Mrs. Hill is survived by a son, Dr. Scott F. Hill and a daughter, Dr. Robyn A. Hill and her grandchildren, Brandon D., Jaclyn M., Gavin B., and Adam S. Hill.
Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
