Isabel Thomson Rambo passed away at her home on Friday, June 24, 2011. She was born May 25, 1922 to Mary Ellen Angeny Thomson and Kenneth Thomson. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by sister, Bette; brother Ken; and husband, Hall Harrison Rambo. She is survived by daughter, Lee Rambo Robinson; son-in-law, Warren L. Robinson, Jr., and granddaughter, Paige Robinson. She led an active and independent life including a variety of interests. She trained as
a lab technician at Hahnemann Medical College and worked at Germantown Hospital. She volunteered as a Girl Scout leader for many years, loved animals and raised cats, poultry, sheep, and llamas. She enjoyed swimming and diving and worked as coach, official, and pool manager. She competed in the Lancaster Senior Games and won many gold medals. At age 60, she graduated from Bowman Technical School and worked for Hamilton Watch Co. and independently as a horologist, repairing clocks and watches. She served as secretary for Chapter #7 of the National Association of Watch and
