James R. Cutaiar

James “Jim” R. Cutaiar, of Harrisburg, PA went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, on September 3, 2024, at Penn Medicine, Lancaster General Health. Born in Buffalo, NY, he was the son of the late Jacques Cutaiar and Joan (MacFeat) Cutaiar. After graduating from Upper Dublin High School (Fort Washington, PA), Jim spent much of his career working for Mushroom Transportation Company. Later in his career, he drove school bus. In his spare time, Jim enjoyed music, playing the guitar, electronics, watching CSI and helping others. He also enjoyed his truck and motorcycle. 

In addition to his mother, Joan, he is survived by a son Marc Cutaiar (husband of Allyson); a granddaughter, Lexi Cutaiar; a sister Jan Caccamo (wife of Robert) and four nephews. In addition to his father, he was predeceased by a sister Jacqueline Cutaiar Buhay. 

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a joint Memorial Service for both Jim and his late sister, Jacqueline Cutaiar Buhay, at Grace Baptist Church of Lancaster,1899 Marietta Avenue, Lancaster, PA 17603 on Saturday, October 19, 2024 at 11:00 AM. A visitation will be held at the church from 10:00 AM until the time of the service. Interment will be private in Landisville Mennonite Cemetery.
