Jane L. Day, 67, of Lancaster, passed away on Thursday, April 27, 2017 at Lancaster Care & Rehabilitation Center.
Born in West Chester, Jane was a 1968 graduate of Henderson High School. She was very athletic and played basketball for her high school team.
While living at Lancaster Care & Rehabilitation Center, she enjoyed the friendships she made there.
Surviving is a brother, John Mumma, Jr., husband of Lisa, a sister, Connie Johnston, wife of Jim, and many nieces and nephews, Brittany and Brianna Mumma, Scott Johnston, Kelly Noble, Kathy Woxholdt, and Jill, JoAnn, and Jay Adamson.
Jane is preceded in death by her parents, John, Sr., and Kathryn Hoffman Mumma, as well as a sister, Kathryn Adamson, wife of John.
A memorial service will be held at Hempfield United Methodist Church, 3050 Marietta Ave, Lancaster, PA 17601 on Monday, May 8 at 11:00 am. Friends may visit with the family at 10:00 am.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Dementia Society of America, PO Box 600 Doylestown, PA 18901.
