Jean K. Conover

Jean K. Conover, 93, of Lancaster, passed away on May 5, 2018 at Willow Valley Communities.  She was the loving wife of the late Arthur G. Conover, Jr.

Born in Port Carbon, PA, she was the daughter of the late Benjamin G. and Katie Mae (Weinhold) Kantner. She grew up in Reading PA and moved to Ada Ohio while her husband attended Ohio Northern University. Upon graduation, Arthur took employment at General Electric in Philadelphia. They lived in Philadelphia, Ridley Township, and then West Chester PA before retiring in Lancaster.  In her spare time, she enjoyed gardening, knitting and attending bible class.

She is survived by her two sons, Mark David Conover of Santa Cruz, CA and Douglas James Conover and wife Sharon of Houston, TX, triplet grandsons, Brian, Jason and Michael Conover and a great grandson Grayson Matthew Conover.

Burial will be private at the convenience of the family in Odd Fellow’s Cemetery in St. Clair, PA.  To leave an online condolence for the family please visit:
