Jean-Paul Vassot, 66, of Lancaster, passed away peacefully on March 29th at the Essa Flory Hospice Center, after a courageous battle with lung cancer. Born in Tiaret, Algeria, on April 29, 1942, he was a French citizen and a permanent resident of the United States.
