Jeanne E. Michael, 93, of Lancaster, passed away on Monday, June 6, 2016 at Lancaster General Hospital. She was the loving wife of the late Jack H. Michael who preceded her in death.
Born in Lancaster, PA., she was the daughter of the late John A. and Emma R. (Bernhard) Otstot.
Jeanne was a graduate of J.P. McCaskey High School class of 1940 and later spent much of her career as President of Coast RV.
In her spare time Jeanne enjoyed traveling the world and spending time with her family.
She is survived by a son, Jere J. Michael (husband of Susan) of Lancaster; a daughter, Joan E. Johnson (wife of Larry) of West Chester; four grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service on Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at 11:00 AM. at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 31 S. Duke St., Lancaster, PA 17602 with the Rev. Timothy Mentzer officiating. Visitation will be at the church from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service. Interment will be private at Riverview Burial Park at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Water Street Rescue Mission, 210 S. Prince St., Lancaster, PA 17603 or to Holy Trinity Lutheran Church at the address above.
