Jessie L. Madonna

Jessie L. Madonna, 73, of Lancaster, PA died Saturday, January 1, 2011 at Hospice of Lancaster County- Good Dr. She was the wife of Joseph J. Madonna, Jr. Born in Lancaster, PA she was the daughter of the late James M. and Lorraine Drennen Heisler. Jessie was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church and was a cafeteria worker for the school district of Lancaster. She was a member of the Rainmakers Association and the Ladies Auxiliary American Legion Post #228, Rock Hall, MD. She enjoyed camping,  ishing and crabbing. In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons, Joseph J. Madonna III and James J. Madonna, both of Lancaster; five grandchildren and a sister, Jeanette C. Heisler of Quarryville, PA. She was predeceased by a son, Jere R. Madonna and a grandson, Joseph J. Madonna IV. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a funeral from the Kearney A. Snyder Funeral Home, 141 E. Orange St., Lancaster, PA on Thursday, January 6th at 10:00 A.M. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday, from 9:00 A.M. until the time of service.
