Joshua M. Curtis, 36, of Lancaster, passed away on Monday, April 22, 2013 at The Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center after a long and courageous fight against leukemia. He was the loving husband of Christina (Collins) Curtis and the loving father of his two daughters Zoe and Olive.
Born in Lancaster, he was the son of William W. and Geri Lou (Findley) Curtis.
Joshua was an avid outdoorsman who was always looking for a good spot to fish, hunt or hike. He was interested in working with anything mechanical or technical and was very gifted in these areas. Even during his illness, Joshua loved helping others but most of all he loved his family and spending time with his wife and daughters.
In addition to his wife, daughters and parents, Joshua is survived by his brother, Jeremy Curtis, his grandfather, James Gehring and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, April 27, 2013 at the Kearney A. Snyder Funeral Home, 141 E. Orange St., Lancaster, PA 17602.
Friends may greet the family at the funeral home on Saturday from 1:00 P.M. until the time of the service.
