Joshua Pierre Forcier
Joshua Pierre Forcier, 30, of Lancaster, PA passed away March 10, 2012 at Lancaster General Hospital following a brief illness. Born in Norristown, PA Josh is the son of Patricia Martin Forcier of Tucson, AZ and Jean Pierre Forcier of Sorel, Quebec Canada.
He is a graduate of Catalina High School in Tucson and attended Harrisburg Area Community College; Lancaster Campus.
Josh was a dedicated van driver for Easton Co., providing transportation for many Red Rose Access clients and for students at the LGH College of Nursing and Health Sciences. He worked in commercial floor tiling. He was an avid sports fan, particularly for Philadelphia teams. In high school he was a star wrestler. He was a member of St. James Episcopal Church where he volunteered as a sound technician.
Surviving in addition to his parents are a brother, Neil Forcier of Fort Collins, CO and his maternal grandfather, James S. Martin, MD. of Lancaster, PA, along with many cousins, aunts and uncles.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a memorial service to celebrate Josh’s life at St. James Episcopal Church, corner of Duke and Orange Streets, Lancaster, PA on Tuesday, March 13th at 10:00 A.M. with the Rev. Lynn Hade officiating. The family will greet friends immediately following the memorial service.
