Kenneth C. Miller
Kenneth C. Miller, 81, of Lancaster, PA passed away Thursday, February 18, 2016 at ManorCare of Lancaster. He was the husband of Anna Mae Jackson Miller.
Born in Lancaster, Mr. Miller was the son of the late Robert, Jr. and Mary Beamsderfer Miller. He served 25 years with the Lancaster City Police Department, and 15 years as Supervisor of Security at Lancaster General Hospital.
He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army.
Ken loved his family. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his 3 children: Sandra, wife of Shane Reese; Kenneth, husband of Brenda Miller, and Lori A. Miller; 2 grandchildren: Kenneth and Krista Miller; 1 great-granddaughter, Briella P. Harmer, and 2 sisters: Patricia K. Leed and Karen R. Heinly. He was predeceased by 2 brothers, Robert and Donald Miller.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a Memorial Service in Community United Methodist Church, 130 Tennyson Dr., Lancaster, PA on Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. Family will greet friends at the church on Tuesday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service.
Friends are welcome to attend the interment at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, also on Tuesday at 2:30 P.M.
Kindly omit flowers. If desired, memorial contributions may be sent the charity of one’s choice.
