Larry R. Schlegelmilch, 64, of Conestoga, died on Saturday, March 2, 2013. He was the loving husband of Peggy Metz Schlegelmilch to whom he was married to for 43 years. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of the late Ralph L. Schlegelmilch and Eunice (Leaman) Schlegelmilch. Larry graduated from Penn Manor High School and then from The Industrial Management Institute later to become a masonry contractor who owned Ralph Schlegelmilch and Sons, Inc.
He was in the Naval Reserve and served in action for two years. In his spare time he was an avid traveler, gatherer of goods, a member of the elite Corn Hole Group and a constant visitor to our local Conestoga Wagon.
He was the love of my life and as he always said, “I lived a Fool Life!”
