Linda Alms Mcgaha

Linda Alms Sturgeon McGaha, 63, of Lancaster, PA, passed away peacefully on Sunday January 13, 2019 at Conestoga View Nursing and Rehabilitation, after a brief illness precipitated by cancer.

Born in Greensburg, PA, she was the daughter of the late Robert Kase and Donna Alms Sturgeon, and step-daughter of Vaughn Wesley McGaha.

Linda was a 1973 graduate of Manheim Twp High School and a 1977 Cum Laude graduate of West Chester University. She was a gifted musician, excelling in piano, flute, guitar, and voice.

Linda was also a committed employee of Goodwill Industries for 20 years.

She was the devoted and faithful mother to her three children: Damien Figueroa of Wynnewood, PA, Danielle Figueroa of Lititz, PA, and Randolf Figueroa of New York, NY.

Linda is also survived by her five siblings: Susan Riley, Diane Loucks, and Mark McGaha of Lancaster, PA, Robert McGaha of Lakewood, CO, and Michele Lauer of Egg Harbor Twp, NJ.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a Memorial Service at Highland Presbyterian Church, 500 East Roseville Road, Lancaster PA, 17601 on Saturday January 19th, 2019 at 11 o’clock am. The family will greet friends immediately following the Service.

Interment will be private.
