Louise C. Schiraldi

Louise C. Schiraldi, 59, of Lancaster, died Saturday, March 19, 2011 at Lancaster General Hospital.

She was married 32 years to Michael Schiraldi.  Born in Brooklyn, NY she was the daughter of the late Frank and Louise Schnettler Jagacki.

Louise spent most of her working career as a program director in the social services field.  She enjoyed gardening, the outdoors and spending time with her family.

Surviving besides her husband are two daughters, Olivia wife of Steven Albright of Willow Street, and Jennifer wife of Kenneth Mellinger of Etters; a son, Michael Schiraldi of Philadelphia; three grandchildren, Stephen Albright and Carina and Gabriel Mellinger; a brother, Josh husband of Terry Jagacki of Highland, MI and a sister, Christina wife of John Soucek of Rochester, NH. She was preceded in death by a brother Bill Jagacki and a sister Sunday Harrison.

A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, March 22, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. at the Kearney A. Snyder Funeral Home, 141 E. Orange St., Lancaster, PA.  A visitation will be held at the funeral home on Monday from 1:00 to 3:00 PM and 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. and on Tuesday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service. Interment in Conestoga Memorial Park.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in Mrs. Schiraldi’s memory may be made to United Disabilities Services, 1901 Olde Homestead Lane, Lancaster, PA  17601.
