M. Alvena Williard
M. Alvena Williard, 84, died Saturday, October 8, 2011 in Lancaster, Pa. Born in Kennett, Missouri; she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Cordeila (Wright) Branch. She was the wife of Floyd L. Williard to whom she was married 64 years. Surviving in addition to her husband are two sons, Robert L. Williard of Wellsville, Pa, Kenneth R. Williard of Lancaster, Pa., and a daughter, Donna W. Hart of St. Thomas, Pa.
She was preceded in death by her siblings: Eva Branch Sloan, Marie Branch McClanahan, and Samuel Branch. Private Interment in Prospect Hill cemetery, Harrisburg, Pa. will be at the convenience of her family. A memorial service, which will take place November 5th at 1:30 P.M. and will be held in the chapel at Oak Leaf Manor North which is located at 2901 Harrisburg Pike, Landisville, Pa. Friends may call at the Oak Leaf Manor North from 1:00 P.M. until the time of service.
