M. Winifred "Winnie" Wagner

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Winifred Wagner, age 98, of Lititz, PA. She peacefully passed away surrounded by her loving family on April 9, 2025.

Winnie was the beloved wife of the late J. Robert Wagner, with whom she shared many cherished years. She was the daughter of the late Fredrick and Ruth (Bohn) Schmidt.

Winnie was predeceased by her sisters, Pauline Schmidt and Kathleen Von Gordon, as well as her brother, Theodore Schmidt.

In her spare time, Winnie embraced the joy of discovery through her extensive travels around the world, often sharing stories of her adventures with enthusiasm. She was also a talented and dedicated quilter, creating beautiful pieces that will be treasured by her family for years to come. Winnie is lovingly survived by her children, Terri Wagner, Sid Wagner, and Lin Wagner, who will forever cherish her memory. She was a devoted grandmother to Jessica Jones, Gavin Wagner, and Kristin Smith, and a doting great-grandmother to her four great-grandchildren. Winnie also leaves behind many other family members and dear friends who will sadly miss her warm presence and kind spirit.

Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
