M. Nancy Morrison
M. Nancy Morrison, of the Willow Valley Retirement Communities, died Tuesday, July 5, 2016.
Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late John and Margaret Kennedy. Nancy was the wife of the late Warren Paul Morrison who died in 1984.
She was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church and served as a deaconess. She was a former member of the Timonium Presbyterian Church in Timonium, MD. She sang in the choir, taught Sunday School and was in charge of the Monday Morning Prayer Group for quite a few years.
Surviving are two daughters, Nancy wife of James Hansard of Maryville, TN, and Carol wife of Dr. Mark Adelman of Boca Raton, FL; five grandchildren, Kelly Hansard, James Bradford Hansard, Jessica Adelman Brady, David Adelman and Emma Adelman; a great grandchild, Ariana Hansard; a sister-in-law Elsie Kennedy and a brother-in-law Walter Glasgow. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Susan Jean who died in 1971, and by two brothers, John and Ernest.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service from Westminster Presbyterian Church, 2151 Oregon Pike, Lancaster, PA on Sunday, July 10, at 3:00 P.M. with the Rev. Keith C. Irvine officiating. Friends may call at the church on Sunday from 2:00 P.M. until the time of the service. Interment in Arlington Cemetery, Drexel Hill, PA. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the Christian Community Center, 1412 Hollins Street, Baltimore, MD 21223, to the Mathias J.
