Margaret “Peg” Middleton Ellis

Margaret “Peg” Middleton Ellis, 89, a resident of The Glen at Willow Valley, died Sunday, November 14, 2010 at Lancaster General Hospital. Born in Norristown, PA, she was the daughter of the late Joseph C. and Eva R. Reifsnyder  Middleton. She was the widow of the late R. Leslie Ellis who died in May of 1998. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Lancaster. She is survived by two sons, Robert L. Ellis of Rockford, MI and Daniel M. Ellis of  Lancaster; two grandchildren; and a sister, Louise M. Harris of Saranac Lake, NY. She was preceded in death by a sister,  Patricia M. Groff. Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, November 21, 2010 at 3:00 P.M. at the First Presbyterian Church, 140 E. Orange St., Lancaster, PA with the Rev. Dr. Randolph T. Riggs officiating. Friends may call at the church on Sunday from 2:30 P.M. until the time of the service. Private interment in the First Presbyterian Church Memorial Gardens.
