Marilyn L. Vollrath
Marilyn L. Vollrath, 88, formerly of Lancaster, passed away on October 20, 2018 at Masonic Villages. She was the loving wife of the late Leroy R. Vollrath. Born in Lancaster, PA, she was the daughter of the late George B. and Mary E. (Aulenbach) Coe.
After graduating from J.P. McCaskey High School, she spent much of her career as a homemaker.
She was a member of American Legion Post #34 Auxiliary and the A.A.R.P. of Lancaster.
She is survived by sons, Gary C. Vollrath of Lancaster, PA and James R. Vollrath of Columbia, PA; and daughters, Lois J. Mena (wife of Pedro) of Bainbridge, PA and Cathy Jo Vollrath of Lancaster, PA. Also surviving are 7 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by a brother, George A. Coe.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 500 Pearl St, Lancaster, PA 17603 on Monday, October 29, 2018 at 11:00 AM. A visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until the time of the service. Interment will be private in Conestoga Memorial Park.
