Mary Ann Miller

Mary Ann Miller, 83, of Lancaster, passed away Thursday September 1st, 2011 at Hospice of Lancaster County, Mount Joy. She went home to be with her beloved daughter Barbara. She was the wife of Melvin E. Miller Sr. Born in Lancaster, PA she was the daughter of the late Frank and Esther Mattern Keller. Mary Ann was a homemaker for 62 years. She graduated from Lancaster Catholic High School in 1947.

Besides her husband she is survived by two sons, Melvin E. Jr., husband of Jeanette Miller, Richard S., husband of Katrina Miller; Grandchildren Melvin E. Miller III, Jennifer wife of Craig Rhineer Jr., and Amanda Miller. Great Grandchildren Nicole, Morgan and Zachery. Her sister, Audrey, wife of Edward Thoms. She was predeceased by her daughter Barbara Miller.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a funeral service at the Kearney A. Snyder Funeral Home, 141 E. Orange St. Lancaster, PA on Tuesday September 6th at 11:00 AM. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 10:00 AM until the time of the service. Interment in Riverview Burial Park. In lieu of flowers contributions in her memory may be sent to Hospice of Lancaster County at 685 Good Drive, PO Box 4125 Lancaster, PA 17604-4125.
