Mary Jane Kroll, 92, a resident of Homestead Village, died on Friday, April 28, 2017.
She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph E. Kroll and Mary Jane died on the 22nd anniversary of his passing. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late Charles E. and Kathryn Broome Troop.
Mrs. Kroll was Vice President and Secretary for Kroll Electric Co., Inc. for 30 years. She was a member of Grandview United Methodist Church; a past member of Lancaster Charter Chapter of American Business Women and a past member of the Hamilton Club. She also served as a board member and past president, serving two terms for the Humane League of Lancaster. Mary Jane loved her dogs, playing bridge, collecting Hummel’s, and spending time with family.
Mary Jane was survived and surrounded by loving family including: Paula Neville of IL; Dwight Metzger of AZ; Matthew Kroll of PA; Carol Ann Papini of CT; Doug Kovaleski of MN; Linda Geraci of PA; Debbie Unger of PA; Tom Metzger of PA; Tammy Rine of PA; Lisa Lee of MI, and their families, as well as many close and dear friends.
A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, May 18, at 1:00 P.M. in the Glasford Room at Homestead Village, 1800 Village Circle, Lancaster, PA. Please omit flowers.
