Melissa Ann Sneath, 33, of Mount Joy, danced into the arms of her heavenly father on Tuesday, April 23, 2013 at her home. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of Dennis Sneath and Carol Sneath-Zeiders.
She graduated from Warwick High School.
In her spare time Melissa enjoyed shopping and attending Zumba class at the YMCA. She could be seen Monday evenings at the UDS Service Dog training program. She also enjoyed attending Hershey Bears Games, going to the beach, the mountains, riding snow mobiles and four-wheeling.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her step-father Vincent; her step-mother, Susan; her grandparents, Pat and Ray Forrest and Nancy Sneath- Horner; her Aunt Cathy Strawser; her uncles, David Forrest, and Brian Sneath. She was also loved by many cousins. She will be dearly missed by her service dog Cherie.
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2013 at 12:00 P.M. at Grace United Methodist Church, 163 W Frederick St., Millersville, PA 17551 with the Reverend John Laughlin officiating. Friends may call at the church on Saturday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service. Interment in Grace United Methodist Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Melissa’s memory may be made to UDS Dog Program at 1901 Olde Homestead Lane, P.O. 10485, Lancaster, PA 17605.
