Nancy R. Cunningham

Nancy Carole Cunningham (Ryder), passed away peacefully at home with her family. She was born on May 11, 1930 to Charles and Eva (Morris) Ryder in Herkimer County, New York. Nancy was a lifelong resident of Lancaster County and was last residing at the home of her daughter, Mary Beth (Cauller) Slaybaugh and her husband, Mark Slaybaugh.

In addition to Mary Beth Slaybaugh, Nancy is survived by her son, Gregory Charles Cauller and her daughter, Amy (Cauller) Britton. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Jessica, Brandon and Kylie Slaybaugh.

Nancy graduated from Coatesville Sr. High School and went on to study at a Lancaster Business School before retiring from Boscov’s Department Store as a retail associate. Throughout her life, she especially enjoyed spending time with her family, caring for her home and plants and flowers.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral service at DeBord Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory, 141 E. Orange St., Lancaster, PA 17602 on Monday, July 22, 2024 at 11:00 AM. A viewing will be held at the funeral home form 10:00 AM until the time of the service. Interment will follow in Middle Octorara Cemetery.
