Patricia F. Rylee
Patricia F. Rylee, “Mrs. Compassion,” 84, of Lancaster, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at Lancaster General Hospital. She was the loving wife of the late Robert C. Rylee. Born in Lancaster, PA, she was the daughter of the late William A., Sr. and Lillian R. (Snader) McManus.
She graduated from J.P. McCaskey High School and spent much of her career as an administrative assistant for Lancaster General Hospital.
She was a past member of the ABWA (American Business Women’s Association).
She is survived by her son Brian R. Rylee (partner of Jody) of Lititz, PA; a grandson Derek B. Rylee of York, PA; as well as Judy, Michael and Jeff McManus, all of Lancaster, PA.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a Synopsis Service celebrating the lives of both Patricia F. and her late husband Robert C. Rylee with Brian R. Rylee serving as orator at Kearney A. Snyder Funeral Home, 141 E. Orange St., Lancaster, PA 17602 on Wednesday, June 25, 2014 at 1:00 PM. Friends may greet the family on Wednesday from 12:00 noon until the time of the service. Relatives and friends will have the opportunity to share their positive moments with Patricia and Robert as time permits.
