Born in Lebanon, he was the son of the late Joseph J. and Kathryn A. Shuman O’Leary.
Patrick was employed as a TV repairman. He was a member of St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church.
Surviving is a sister Elizabeth A. Boeshore of Lebanon, and a sister-in-law Wanda O’Leary of New Providence.
A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, May 9, at 11:30 A.M. at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery. 1810 Jay Street, Lebanon, PA with the Rev. Robert A. Yohe, Jr. officiating.
