Pearl S. Geesey

Pearl S. Geesey, 92, of 366 Mt. Sidney Rd., Witmer, PA died Wednesday, November 10th, at Hospice of Lancaster  County. She was the widow of Joseph K. Geesey who died December 21, 1965. Born in E. Lampeter Twp., she was the daughter of the late Frank A. and Minnie Sweigart Nonannmocher. Pearl was a member of Community United Methodist Church since 1958. She was a long-time waitress at the Glass Kitchen and the Willows. She then worked at Bonworth retail sales for 14 years. Pearl was a member of the Silver Threads, Happy Hearts, Lancaster Area Recreation Commission, New Holland Seniors, and Seniors Over Sixties. Also, she volunteered at the Fulton Theatre. She is survived by three sons, Jeffrey S. husband of Beverly Campbell of Oak Harbor, WA; Stanley D. husband of Nancy Geesey of Conestoga,  PA; Fred K. husband of Wanda Geesey of Manheim, PA. Eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a sister, Bertha Harnish. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a funeral service from the Kearney A. Snyder Funeral Home, 141 E. Orange St., Lancaster, PA on Saturday, November 13th, at 1:00 p.m. Interment in Conestoga Memorial Park. Friends may call at the Kearney A. Snyder Funeral Home on Saturday from  12:00 p.m. until the time of service. Please omit flowers.
